Vertical panorama is made of series of aligned photographs, which contrary to ordinary panorama, were taken in a vertical setup from up to down. It it useful when capturing images of interiors but may be also used for other purposes.

Vertical panorama is a perfect way to capture the whole interior of a building in an extraordinary way. Considerable width of the scene in a temple does not permit to capture it on a single shot even with the use of fisheye lens.
It may be necessary to stitch the photograph from a couple or dozens of frames, just like in case of vertical panoramas.
